Disabling onboard graphic chip

This is for my brother-in-law. I only realised that not all BIOS can have access to the disabling function. Some gotta do it via Windows Device Manager itself. But this seems to be for Win95-98. Not sure if this is workable for WinXP...

After snooping around the Net, another workable solution would be to boot using the onboard chip, DISABLE the video adapter under DEVICE MANAGER, choose NO when asked to reboot, SHUTDOWN the system, plug-in new card and Windows should detect the new card and ask you to install the drivers for it.

I've watched FFVII: Advent Children 3x and I still don't get the story. In fact, I did understand the whole storyline until I played the above game. Man! Did it change EVERYTHING! I wasn't playing a game...I was living in it. The character, storyline, universe, NPCs and the ending just drew me in, even emotionally. I won't spoil anything but this is one of those rare moments that I shed a tear at the end. I'm playing it again on HARD mode, watched FFVII:AC again and this time I not only understand the entire story but I appreciate the characters and universe even more so.

My new "toys"

Finally...after 5+ years of service to the home, I've retired my Panasonic 34" Flat Screen TV. Cost me $1999 then to buy it. I eyed it then as it was made in Japan and it had one of the biggest displays. I got back $30 from the delivery guy just after selling it off to them. I initially wanted to give it to people but no one wanted it or it was just too darn heavy to carry it away. Need about 2 strong guys or 4 average build guys to carry it.

What replaced it? Well, it is a new Samsung LA40N81BX...

3 year warranty. Full HiDefinition LCD TV. Cost me $1699 *sweat*. Now I'm officially broke. But it was worth every penny...err...cent I mean.

There's a HUGE difference between HD Ready and Full HD, especially on a 40". I was considering a similar sized Samsung 40" but HD Ready and I couldn't even make out the letters and words on the news ticker on ChannelnewsAsia. But with Full HD, it was really clear and pretty sharp. Worth the $500+ extra, IMO.

What else to accompany the new TV with hooking up the Nintendo Wii! That's right! After months of being in the storage box, the set was finally hooked up and running! Chloe and I were excited to play with it. We gave Wii Tennis a few minutes, before moving off to....the Wii Fit!

The latest Wii sensation worldwide! Chloe and I spent about 1+ hours on it. She loved jogging and while I jogged with her, I could feel...erm...certain sections of my body jiggling as well (read: fats). I Fit-ted around with Hula Hoop, Step Aerobics, a push-up activity, soccer heading, and some other activities. My BMI measured 25+ and it was considered Normal. I set a target to reduce my BMI to 22 and gave myself 2 months to achieve that target. We will (sounds like Wii huh?) see if I can achieve it...BTW, Wii Fit measured my Wii fitness to be of the age 33 years. My body is still in good condition I guess!

Haven't tried my old Gamecube games, the controllers and the Memory Card. After 2+ hours of frustration, I managed to configure the wireless access of the Wii. Now I can really couch potato using the Wii and surf the world and Wii Channels. Seriously, I can see the Wii changing our lifestyle at home. Let's see how many Wii Points I'm gonna get as time passes.

Next game to try out would be Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles. BTW, how do I find my own personal Wii Friend Code?

This year has been a year of purchases...dunno why. Things age and things need upgrading I guess...

This is our new day bed, doubles up as our sofa. We had to discard our $1+k previous 3+2 sofa set...fabric faded and dirty...

The future swimming complex and sports hall is almost up and ready. The road linking to Fernvale is also almost complete. If you can squint, there are two parks right at the background.

This is my Mum's new 32" Samsung LCD TV with a new tabletop as well.

My Mum's new fan. The previous Philips one died after about 5+ years of usage (see previous pic).

On to food now...

My favourite 'teh' with kaya toast bread + soft boil eggs x 2 set...Yummy!

Hotplate dinner anyone?! Just outside my doorstep!

And what a way to end a post with Chloe eating her food all by herself using fork and spoon. One of her favourites...bee hoon + noodles! Her grandma's favourite too!

Something you don't see on your street every morning

There are stables or paddocks owned by some house owners on my street so there is a riding club where you can giddy-up and go clip-clop along the street.

The normal practice is should you be driving past horses, slow down so as not to frighten the horses. Most of the riders are young teens.

Lately, a lot of my home electronics have been breaking down. *humming Twilight Zone tune*

It's weird. It's like all at a go. Maybe some unknown force has been hitting my home with an EMP discharge (symptoms of too much Command & Conquer gaming).

1. My Linksys ADSL modem/router died.
2. My Hyundai DVD Recorder refused to record.
3. My Mum's Whirlwind (right....) VCD/MP3/CD player died.
4. My Nintendo Gamecube power adapter shorted out (had to order one from ebay. Phew!).
5. My Mum's Akira DVD player died.
6. Our Sanyo vacuum cleaner bag burst (can't find replacement bag in SG)
7. My USB fan died (never buy cheapo plastic stuff)
8. My 19" widescreen LCD monitor died (2nd time already. Thankfully still under warranty. NEVER BUY CHIMEI BRAND!).

Below is a pic of (2), (3) and (5), which we sold off to the 'karang-guni' guy for $5 total.

I bought a Sony DVD player for $89 from Courts. Region free. Nice.

I won four XBOX360 games at a gaming competition! My first time playing in a gaming competition too! Got 3rd position too! Since I don't have a XBOX360, I managed to get $70 for the 4 of them (sold them off). Use that to finance my purchase of the Wii Fit. Stay tuned for it!!!

Trip to our local farm

We've decided to go organic with fresh produce. This means animals reared in open fields, eating organic feed minus the hormones. This farm shop also sell their own vegtables they grow : carrots, potatoes, cauliflower, cabbage, beetroot, apple varities, nectarines, pears, strawberries and other seasonal fruits.

My niece loves animals so I snuck my digicam to the farm today. I obviously did not stand out looking obvious being Chinese and all, among the British folk. Phew !

I think I was thrilled too, having to see the goats, sheep, & pigs today. There was one pig that came toward me while the others squealed away (probably was thinking char siu horror film) when I approached the fence. I think she was as curious as it was of me as I was of her.

After spending 12 + 1 days in Army, it is good to be back!

The first week was spent moving equipment, deploying, digging, fire movement, clearing and keep equipment. The digging was the worst of it all. I spent 2 full days digging a fire trench as long as 2.5m by 0.75m, up to chest level. I only had about 2 hours of sleep per day. I hardly ate, eating only a few spoonfuls of rice or potato just for carbo energy. Somehow, Army plain water was the best tasting water ever. I lost a total of 2 kg (and I gained it all back by pigging myself out after gaining freedom from Army!).

Being posted to a new unit, I was pretty worried about being left out. In my previous unit, it took me 3 In-Camps before the guys warmed up to me and vice-versa. I thought it would be worse now that 95% of my platoon were non-Chinese. But all my worries were dashed. These bunch of guys are younger than me (around 3 to 10 years difference), happy, jovial, happy-go-lucky attitude. They were also family men. They really helped me. A LOT! Without their brute stamina, the fire trench would have been my graveyard today.

It's been some time since I updated you all...with photos. So here you go!

This is Chloe's bean plant. She even picked flowers and used a ribbon to tie it up into a simple bouquet!

Our new dining table. If I remember correctly, it costs us $169, together with 4 chairs.

This is the upgraded wet market in Marine Terrace, which my sister used to vomit and faint whenever our mother brought her there!

Army Daze ... a sister's viewpoint

My Bro would have finished his Reservist training yesterday and I am wondering what he's been through in the past few days.

I remember the days (I sound prehistoric) when he sported a stylish crewcut as a Private when he first enlisted for NS. My Bro had those bottle-end thick glasses (yup) and I still remember the day Mum and I went to visit him at Tekong a few weeks at around his BMT. Mum brought chicken drumstick, if I recall correctly.

I recall fondly how my Bro used to return during the weekends with his load of dirty, muddy army kit and he was roasted brown from being under the sun. Who needs a sunbed ?

Not long later, my Bro finished BMT and he got posted as a Medic but due to his allergies, he became a (abet) boring Clerk. And then there was something about him being posted to WTC.

I don't remember much after that. But I do remember him telling our cousins who later enrolled into NS all the tricks and tips of NS. He had alot of tales and I still recall them with much laughter. Also, I enjoy relating them to my hubby (Brits don't have NS) as he is a 'Call of Duty' fan and an avid war history buff.

There was the mosquito-spray-can-first-then-take-cover-story.

Also, the infamous laughing tear gas story.

The army's extensive vocabulary expansion programme stories.

Many muddy underwear stories.

NS is something to this day I cannot figure out. I suppose its because I'm a girl.

My Bro's reservist stint will be over after next year.

He's become a Dad since. I know his precious Daughter missed him terribly because I rang everyday to check.

And yes, I hate to admit it too but I missed my Bro too ... awwwww

Long haiatus .. Part Deux

I learnt a new word "haiatus" today thanks to my Bro.

The Wheelers too must confess. We've not been posting due to a combination of reasons (read as being lazy or procrastinate).

Just to update, I've been on my Wii alot. I adored "Cooking Mama" after finishing "My Sims".

The Wii is also great for Mii contests. We are debating to get the Wii Fit or not. Seems to be another gimmick.

On my DSL, I am trying to finish Zelda and getting annoyed having to do the part "Ocean Temple" (currently down to B12). I feel as though I am compelled to finish the game for sake. Hmmm ... not the right reasons is it ?

After that (if it ever happens), I want to see if "Cooking Mama" on the DSL is any good as on the Wii.

But I am definetly getting "Cooking Mama 2" on the Wii when its released.

Oh, I saw preview of the new Lego Indiana Jones. Wow ! Can't wait to get my sticky fingers on it. Prob on PS3 so I can play it with my buddy Carl aka Hubby.

All I have left to say it : don't procrastinate, start and finish those things you started on; there's so many things in life to do (or play in this sense) but so little time to do it. So, GET GOING !!!!

Long haiatus

I seem to be always taking a long break before posting a new post eh? Well, long breaks from posting = plethora of games that take away my time!

My work has been pretty busy. But busy is good. That means I'm putting my counseling practise into good use and on self-reflection, I do believe my questioning, reflecting, probing and directing skills are improving. I also seem to be getting the hang of using art as a form of expression and therapy. Toys are still a bit of a grey (or gray) area but I'm still trying it out.

I'll be going for my 12 day NS training soon. It's my 2nd last one. Whoopee. Yeah. Not too happy about it. Leaving family is never a happy thing. Not only that, being alone and in a newly posted unit, it pretty crummy.

I've got some ex-students who have been visiting me (thanks Shuyu, Samuel and Jason! *wave*) It's been great keeping in touch with them. Good that they still see and value the importance of networking. Hopefully the guys will also adapt quickly to their new army environment (plus 'botak' hair).

I've been catching up on some of my movies. Resident Evil Extinction is not too shabby. Still miss the darkness-fear factor. Fantastic Four 2 was good. Appleseed Ex Machina was a really nice action manga flick. Somehow, I've been re-watching Saving Private Ryan and Band of Brothers.

On the gaming front, I've completed Command and Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath. Pretty sucky ending. Manhunt 2 on the PSP was interesting and enjoyable. I'm now onto God of War Chains of Olympus and it's really GREAT! Wonder if my buttons will spoil after all that button mashing...I tried Silent Hill Origins and I deleted it (too slow moving). I'm still on my DS as well...still on Final Fantasy Chocobo Tales (almost nearing the end!).

Oh yeah...do work hard. You may not see it now but it pays off in the future (pays off WELL in terms of $$$). I've got promoted in terms of salary and plus civil service salary revision, it's been GOOD!

I've also re-contracted my Singnet BB to a 2 year plan coz I wanted to get a Nintendo Wii, which translates to savings of $200+ than getting a Wii stand alone. Resident Evil on the Wii...here I come!

Till I come back from my NS training (which is after April), take care and gaming helps you relax!

4. Comodo Firewall Pro - the BEST personal firewall software out there! I swapped this over ZoneAlarm Pro! Auto update system.

5. Spybot - scan and remove trojans and spyware from your computer! Manual update system.

6. Spywareblaster - auto protect your computer with this utility. Non-memory resident! Manual update system.

7. Anti-Vir Personal Edition - I like the clean look compared to AVG or Avast! Managed to detect quite a few viruses and trojans. Auto update system.

8. Wise Registry Cleaner - scans and clean your computer registry to make it 'slimmer' by getting rid of unwanted registry entries

9. Auslogics Registry Defrag - MUCH better than the stock Microsoft Defragmentation software. BLEAH!

My 19" Chimei brand LCD monitor just died after about 10.5 months of usage. Initially there was power flickering and 3 days later, it just refused to power up. I'm never gonna get this brand again. Ever. (Even though I found out that Samsung also uses this as their LCDs...Chimei is OEM apparently) The good thing is that there is still about 2 years more to on-site warranty. So all is not lost (in terms of $$$).

New Year, New PC Gaming Rig!

That's right! A brand new toy for me! It's a Intel Core 2 Duo 8200 (2.66mhz + 6 mb onboard cache), 1gig x 4 sticks, nvidia 8600GT Extreme Overclock version (no money to get the 8800GT) and a brand new CoolerMaster casing + CoolerMaster 550W PSU. That set me back like slightly over SGD$1k. Can't compare with my bro-in-law's rig, which sports a QUAD CORE!

For those who have the luxury of having a 2nd HDD, I strongly urge you to use a good backup software. I tried Norton Ghost and it's good. But it doesn't support the latest SATA technology. I searched in vain and finally I am happy with Acronis True Image Home v11. Fully bootable from CD and backups your HDD as a clone or image.

CNY 2008

CNY is coming soon. I am far away from my family and home country and this time of the year, it gets especially hard for me. When I was little, I used to dread CNY because I was made to wear clothes (and colours) I did not like and made to visit people I rather not see.

This year, I shall instead, remember all the good things about CNY : yummy food, family gatherings, playing blackjack with my uncle and cousins after steamboat, ang pow and that new set of pajamas Mummy always made sure I had on CNY eve to wear to bed :)

Celebrate CNY for me ok, all you Singaporeans out there reading this. And instead of harping on the yucky rituals of CNY, think about the good aspects like I have just shared with you; am sure you all have one !

It's been a long while since I last posted. It's been a busy 2 month period. 1 month burned on my NS In-Camp Training, which I was sent to Jurong Island to guard and protect the place from possible terrorist attack(s). December was busy trying to catch up with family and games due to the lost time in November.

I particularly enjoy December coz like the Christmas song goes...'it's the best time of the year'! Christmas mood is so enjoyable coz it's really singing the carols, spending time EATING (roast ham, chicken, turkey, beef, lamb...with mint sauce!) and BUYING presents (for myself especially!)!

For Christmas, I got for myself these 2 hardware items:
and . The PSP was due to the influence from the Army guys. Majority of them had it while we were all imprisoned on the island. It help kill the time away. Too bad I only got it AFTER I finished my stint. $420 for the 'modded' PSP and $65 for the Sony 18x DVD writer. I gave my cuz my previous Benq 16x DVD writer (it had some problems ejecting discs out).
For the house, I got this: . We got sick of our home delivery food being sent at 3 pm and eating it cold at 7pm. So I forked out $139 for the microwave and within 3 min, everything is so conveniently warmed up and good to eat!

I brought Chloe to 'Videocity' (her version) a.k.a. Vivocity. The view from there is great. Sentosa is going through some changes.... I also intend to bring the family on a cruise ONE day...look at her...not the Titanic though...

I just got myself a spanking new ceramic white PSP (modded). Currently playing Dynasty Warriors Volume 2. Got Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops +, FIFA 2008, Tekken, Outrun 2006, Ridge Racer and Silent Hill Origins.

On the DS side...I've got TONS of games that I had to upgrade my MicroSD from 1 GIG to 2 GIG. But now Chloe is occupying it with her 'Go, Diego, Go', 'Playhouse for Girls' and 'Dora the Explorer saves the Mermaid'.

According to my latest test result, the Wii has determinted that my fitness age is 44 :(

I need to excercise more and work on my balance. My speed is improving though.

I am so glad we got the Nintendo Wii because it really gives me a good workout and also I get to spend fun time with my best mate, my hubby !

We also traded one of our old games for the latest Mario & Sonic at the Olympics 2008 Beijing. WOW ! There is soooo much more choices and the games can get really competitive when you have more than 1 human player rather than playing againist the console.

Pity the Wii cannot take snapshots of my progress. Does anyone know if the Wii can be linked to the PC ? Drop me a comment if you know !

P/S : I enjoy tennis and bowling on the Wii Sports & Rowing & Gymnastics on the Olympics.

That's right ! We've got out hands on a brand new Nintendo Wii console last night (17oo hrs). Plugged it in and Carl got straight onto the Wii Sports Fitness assesment. He played an intro of each of the Wii Sports that came with the console bundle. He seems to like boxing, got him into such a sweat jabbing and punching away like a madman !

After 2 hours, he had worked up a sweat and concluded that he's really unfit and the Wii is definetely a games console which will get everyone off their feet to excercise.

I've yet to have a go at it. I will reveal my Wii fitness age in my next post after I've completed the fitness assessment :O

I went into the city today and braved a total of 6 stores to ask for stock of incoming Wii but none would take a pre-order as they wanted to avoid any guarantees or disspointment.

One lady managed to divulge info that more stocks will be coming in on the 25th Nov on a first come first serve basis.

I can't stop thinking about having to get one for Christmas I seriously think I am going mad.

oooooh ... one shop let me put my name and mobile number but I have to buy a "bundle" console with 2 games when stock arrives. They are supposed to ring me and I have to pay over the phone ! Then it got me started ... well I'm going on holiday to Austria & Germany & Switzerland on 8 Dec for a week *brags* so what it they try to ring me then ?

So I had to brave the 7th shop : my mobile phone provider today and queried about International Roaming and they said the 3 Mobile Network is very global and covers all those locations I will be in. I am chuffed to bits (to be "chuffed" means to be really pleased with oneself).

I think I will sleep better tonight ..... well just a bit more than the last few nights anyway !

Today, Carl & I were on the manhunt for a Wii console. ANY Wii console .... because the whole of UK stock has been wiped off the store shelves, no stock to be found online neither at ANY online store imaginable. This is all due to the mad rush leading up to Christmas 2007. It was exactly the same last year but this except the reason why its sold out in the stores is because people have bought bulkloads and (still) selling it on eBay UK for cutthroat prices to desperate parents wanting to fill their kids' stockings. Sigh ... its so sad the gaming world has been reduced to this. So to those out there who have a Wii console, enjoy your gaming days and think of us/those who don't have the privilege of getting their grubby sticky fingers on one *sniff sniff*

I picked up playing SIMS2 again as I was off it while (selling) on eBay UK.

When my Simmy profile loaded, together with my house and decor, I realised that my virtual life and home is sooo similar in more ways than 1 ! From the decor (boring style), to the way my Simmy is dressed (dull, predictable hairstyle too).

Well at the mo, I am playing Sims2 : H&M Fashion Stuff. I am a wannabe Fashion Creative Shop Designer. Those who have played Sims will know how addictive it can be. This add-on is definetly a must-have for all fashionistas !

If any girlie readers are wondering what the IN-fashion is at the mo in the UK, it is smock tops and leggings. Think long tunic styles that make you look pregnant when you are not. These tops pile the weight on you and make you fatter that you are ... UGH ! Then there are leggings (think 80's tights ... eeeeek !) in ALL colours you can imagine.

Firstly, this post is PRIMARILY meant for 2 persons: Carl Wheeler and Pei Yu. Because this post is about the Nintendo Gameboy DS Lite.

After much inquisitiveness and hunting around, I managed to grab a copy of the R4 Nintendo Revolution system, including a 1 gig Micro-SD card fr SGD$58. Here's a pic of it:

It's basically an specially designed NDS card that allows your to transfer *koff*backup*koff* NDS ROMS that are *koff*available-from-you-know-where*koff* to it. Now most of these ROMS range between 32mb to 256mb of space so you can guess how many of these ROMS can be placed into just 1 of these cards. Basically, instead of having just 1 game on 1 game card, you can have MORE than 1 game on this game card.

Before the R4, I had the following games:
Brain Age
Cooking Mama
Big Brain Academy
Elite Beat Agents

After the R4, the following titles have been added to my collection:
Mario Kart DS
Trauma Center - Under the Knife
Picross (really solid logic puzzle!)
New Super Mario Bros (a classic!)
Final Fantasy: Chocobo Tales
New Touch Party Games (a bit boring but 505 games!)
Point Blank DS (lots of mini arcade games)

I tried Rune Factory, which is a fantasy spin-off of Harvest Moon on the GBA but I didn't quite enjoy the farming thingy. Dynasty Warrior DS is a kinda a let-down for me. Brain Age 2 is fun but it's an Euro version so I think I'll wait for the local version (monetary exchange issue in the game).

Firstly, apologies goes out to whoever that has been tagging at the Shoutbox! Sorrie sorrie! I didn't mean to ignore your tags! Pai seh ah!

I'm too wrapped up with my personal work (yeah....riteeeeeee) and playing too much online gaming *koff* Maple *koff* Story *koff* has been stealing most of my time ever since they introduced free 2x experience during 2-4pm and 8-10pm. I've levelled up my ranger from 94 all the way to 99! That normally will take me months but with free 2x xp (plus 2x coupon 6-10pm), I managed to jump 5 levels up! My ice/light mage jumped a couple of levels...from 81 to 83 now. My fighter too...from 43 to 47. I gave up on my Sin/Dit already...too time consuming and the dmg sux.

Damn...I've been hit by the Gatsby ad. Even my daughter is crazy about it and she's barely 3 years old. Whenever the TV ad appears, all of us will rush to her and give her a face massage and Chloe will just be screaming happily to get away from us. For those who don't know what I'm talking about (yeah...you overseas visitors!), here's the YouTube link!

Yay! I've completed all my assignments for my coursework! I'm a free man! I've also received a pass from my field supervisor, meaning that I'm a very competent counsellor as well! W00t! L337!

I managed to catch up on some movies. Finally got to watch Spider-Man 2 *DUH!* While I throughly enjoyed it, I didn't like the final part whereby everyone saw Peter Parker's face. "We promise not tell tell anyone." Riteeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.....Someone send this group of people for a reality check. I also managed to watch "Good Morning Vietnam"...which I've watched previously but had to watch it again due to Robin William's comedic acting. I also watched "Rocky Balboa" and it was pretty nostalgic as it brought back memories of my teens watching Rocky 3 (the one with the Russian Dolph Lundgren). Sentimental. Stallone still has the muscles...I wonder if Arnold Swatchnagger (I think I got the spelling wrong...sounds like some Swiss watch) is going to make a "I'll be back" thingy just like Stallone did.

I still got a whole lot of movies I've yet to watch...Aeon Flux...Babylon...Lord of the Rings: Return of the King (WHAT?!?!)...Ultraviolet...Blood Diamonds...The Aviator...The Chronicles of Riddick...The Wild (a cartoon for kids)...Munich...Alexander...Hildiglo...2 Pokemon movies (forgot the titles)...The Pursuit of Happyness...Night at the Museum. Nowadays, I've got this habit of adding more characters at the end of the word of a sentence, just like the above one. I guess I've been playing too much of Maple Story and learnt some bad habits of typing. Another way where teens type I noticed is like this...

I managed to do LOTS of upgrades! Let me list them down!
1. Upgraded desktop PC RAM from 1 gig to 2.5 gig total!
2. Upgraded my HP Deskjet 710C + Canon Flatbed scanner to an Epson CX-2900 All-in-One combo!
3. Added a Pivot Raizin Voltage Stabilizer Spark Type S in my car (improved acceleration and better fuel consumption)!
4. Software upgraded my GPS nuvi 300! Now it warns me of speed traps as well as red light cameras!
5. New PC game! Battlestations: Midway!

Phew! That's quite a lot of moolah involved! Not forgetting my earlier upgrades of 19" widescreen LCD monitor, TV tuner box for my 17" LCD monitor, a mini-sized DVD player for the 17" LCD monitor, Command and Conquer 3: Kane Edition!

The Sony Ericsson K800i, the Nintendo Wii (currently at $499...too ex. Waiting for it to drop to $400), Autogauge Volt and Vacuum stepper motor gauges and a 1 gig Sony M2 memory card is on the horizon!

After I bought my 19" widescreen gaming LCD monitor, I decided to make good use of my 17" LCD monitor. I bought a TV tuner box, costing me $95. I also bought this Akira DVD MPEG4 player for $39.90 at 'Giant'. Now, I'm enjoying TV programmes and DVD movies from the comfort of my bed! It's been pretty busy for me...no...not playing Maple Story (it's getting kinda boring for the moment). I've just managed to complete Star Wars: Empire at War. Now I'm pretty much tied up in my new job as a Full-Time School Counselor. I'll talk more about it the next time.

Hey! My 6.5 NSPS batch of students have graduated already! And they have their 'O' level results already! I wonder how come no one is coming to tell me about how they did. Maybe they have forgotten me already. T.T

Chloe has been down with cough, fever and runny nose the past week. Getting her to eat her medicine has been terrible. She would scream and run away. Bribing her with sweets helps to ease the tension a bit. It's the bitter taste of the antibiotics that she doesn't like. Who likes to eat medicine anyway?? In case any of you are wondering why I didn't invite you all to my home this CNY, it's because of Chloe...it's been ROUGH...
